What Youll Do:

• Communicate with employees regarding cashless claims
• Explain the claims process and share details over email
• Coordinate with hospitals to collect required claim documents
• Assist employees in completing claim forms
• Track and update claim status to employees
• Follow up with TPAs/insurers for claim processing
• Explain claim queries and guide employees on responses
• Collect claim-related feedback
• Handle claim-related escalations end-to-end

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Claims
• Background in Broking, TPA, Insurance or Hospital Insurance Desk
• Strong understanding of Group Health Insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Good Excel skills
