About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineers who have a basic understanding of structural elements such as columns, beams, slabs , and an interest in waterproofing systems and building protection solutions . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want hands-on experience in the field with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing building structures and identifying waterproofing requirements
• Work on-site to supervise, coordinate, and implement waterproofing solutions
• Conduct inspections, prepare site reports, and document project progress
• Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project specifications

Requirements:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering (01 year experience)
• Freshers also welcome
• Good understanding of basic civil engineering concepts, especially structural members
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work 7 days a week in rotational shifts
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to field conditions
