Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Civil Engineer and Jr. Civil Engineer, based in Pune. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end civil engineering projects, including planning and designing infrastructure. The daily tasks include supervising site operations, conducting assessments of ongoing work, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality results. The candidate will also focus on optimizing processes and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience of Estimation and Costing & Proficiency in Autocad
• Strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design and overall Civil Engineering concepts
• Experience in Planning and project execution
• Proven ability in managing teams of Civil Engineers and contractors
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification or licensure as a civil engineer is a plus

Jr. Civil Engineer - (1-3 years of Experience) - Salary (Around 5 Lakhs)
