Position : Civil Executive (Inside Flat Final Check)

Budget: 4 LPA to 5 LPA

About the Role

The Civil Executive (Inside Flat Final Check) will ensure all civil and MEP works inside the flat are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, and to identify any unfinished work or snagging issues for rectification before handover.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspection of each flat after completion of civil and MEP works.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and document unfinished work, defects, or snags.
• Report findings to PMC and Knight Frank Management for corrective action.
• Follow up on closure of snags and maintain records.

Required Skills

• Attention to detail in inspection and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and follow-up.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in civil and MEP works.
• Knowledge of quality standards in construction.
