Role Description

HAACE is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage multiple project sites across India, with a strong hold on PMC department. This role is ideal for someone who brings both technical depth and on-ground leadership, and is comfortable coordinating between office and site teams.

Qualifications

-Oversee multiple project sites PAN India, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety standards are met.

-Lead and manage the PMC function from planning to monitoring, reporting, and closure.

-Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

-Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.

-Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.

-Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and regulatory norms.

-Conduct regular site visits for inspections, reviews, and progress tracking.

-Prepare and present MIS reports, progress updates, and site status to management.

-Support cost monitoring, resource planning, and optimization of execution processes.

Requirements: -

-B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

-Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with strong hold on PMC department.

-Proven experience in multi-site project management and large-scale construction projects.

-Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality control, and site management.

-Ability to travel across India as per project demand.

-Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

-Work from Office is mandatory for this role.
