Role Description

AAYATAN VEDA is seeking a technically sound Civil Engineer who can bridge design and execution. The ideal candidate should ensure that structural quality, precision, and Vastu-aligned spatial intent are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and floor plans based on initial sketches, specifications, and Vastu guidelines.
• Assist team to review the plans and concept designs shared by other architects for its compliance with Vastu principles.
• Use CAD software to create, modify, and finalize technical drawings and blueprints.
• Collaborate with architects and Vastu consultants to understand design requirements and project specifications.
• Review and incorporate feedback to make revisions and updates to drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for client meetings and project reviews.
• Coordinate with construction teams to provide technical support and address any drawing-related issues during project execution.
