Qualification - M. Tech / B. Tech Civil

Experience - 3 - 5 years required

Job Responsibilities

a.Co-ordinate various services such as structural, MEP etc.

b.Check the preparation of working drawing and service drawings.

c.Co-ordinate in preparation of tender and tender related documents.

d.Co-ordinate bill of quantities.

e.Co-ordinate in preparing time schedule.

f.Co-ordinate with Architects to ensure the documents of projects are submitted as required and desired by office and client.

g.Coordinate with Quantity surveyors to ensure the estimates and documents are submitted as required and desired by office and client.

h.Visit site and attend site meeting and coordinate with supervisors to ensure the work at site are carried out as required and desired by office.

i.Organise meetings with Clients, Architects and contractors as and when necessary.

j.Ensure attendance for weekly project meeting of the office.

k.Ensure all drawings and details submitted for construction and planning are accurate and free from error.
