As we continue to expand our residential portfolio across Gurugram, we are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage end-to-end site execution for builder floor projects.

Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Civil Engineer with strong experience in residential construction projects , capable of independently managing sites from construction to final finishing and handover . The role requires frequent site visits and coordination with multiple teams across Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute residential builder floor projects
• Handle complete site execution from civil construction to interiors & finishing
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and labor teams
• Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines
• Monitor material usage, site measurements, and daily progress
• Manage multiple sites and travel as per project requirements
• Prepare site reports and update management on progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in residential construction / builder floors
• Strong knowledge of RCC work, interiors, finishing, and execution
• Ability to read and execute drawings & BOQs
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage sites

Mandatory Requirements

• Own vehicle is compulsory (daily site travel required)
• Willingness to travel across different locations in Gurgaon
• Experience in builder floors is mandatory
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
