Civil Design Engineer (Luxurious Residential )

Position Overview

Arch Point is seeking an experienced and technically sound Civil Engineer to lead structural and interior execution for high-end Residential Villa projects. The role requires strong expertise in civil construction, structural coordination, and interior execution management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Structural Execution & Site Management

• Oversee complete civil construction of residential villa projects from foundation to finishing.
• Ensure structural work is executed as per approved drawings and structural design.
• Coordinate with structural consultants and architects for design clarifications.
• Supervise RCC work, footing, slab, beam, column, masonry, plaster, and waterproofing works.
• Ensure quality control at every stage of construction.

2. Interior Coordination & Execution

• Supervise civil aspects of interior works including flooring, false ceiling base, partitions, staircase detailing, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with interior designers and vendors for smooth execution.
• Ensure site readiness for modular, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
• Monitor finishing quality and detailing as per luxury villa standards.

3. Project Planning & Monitoring

• Prepare project schedules and execution timelines.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure milestone achievement.
• Manage multiple villa projects simultaneously, if required.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

• Finalize contractors and subcontractors in consultation with management.
• Negotiate rates and monitor contractor performance.
• Ensure proper material procurement planning and usage control.
• Verify contractor bills and BOQs before approval.

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Implement strict quality standards and site safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation and site records.

6. Client Coordination

• Attend client meetings for technical discussions.
• Provide project updates and resolve site-related concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and consultants.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of RCC structure and residential villa construction.
• Understanding of architectural detailing and high-end interior finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and interior drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate or construction projects (residential).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
