1. 1215 years of deep technology experience

2. Strong expertise in AI/ML, data platforms, and modern architectures

3. Proven experience with cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)

4. Background in building and scaling platforms or products

5. A leader who can balance vision with hands-on execution
