A leading retail brand is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the transformation of a high-growth, founder-led organization into a professionally managed enterprise. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence while scaling the brand across India and international markets. This is a critical leadership position with a long-term mandate and potential progression to a CEO role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale revenue from 250 Cr+ to 1000 Cr+ within five years
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team
• Drive operational efficiency across retail, e-commerce, and supply chain
• Lead geographic and product expansion initiatives
• Professionalize processes while preserving organizational culture
• Prepare the organization for future CEO succession
