It needs a Person having 360' knowledge of any new/prospective business (service oriented or manufacturing), capable of starting from scratch and taking sole responsibility. Company will provide all necessary capital, infrastructure and salary and/or commission.

The Role: End-to-End Ownership (The "In-Charge")

As the Chief Entrepreneur & Head of New Venture, you will be the single, fully responsible

individual for the entire enterprise. Your mandate covers the complete lifecycle of the business:

1. The Vision & Blueprint

Master Business Plan: Develop the comprehensive, bankable plan, including detailed financial projections, market penetration strategy, operational setup, and technology roadmap.

Stakeholder Approval: Present and defend the business case to secure final investment and operational launch authorization.

2. 360-Degree Setup & Launch

Operational Execution: Oversee the complete setupfrom legal entity formation and permitting to optimizing the provided infrastructure and sourcing critical machinery/technology.

Manpower Setup: Design the optimal organizational structure, lead the recruitment of all key personnel, and establish a high-performance culture.

3. Growth, Profitability, and Sustainability

P&L Accountability: Take complete, sole ownership of the Profit & Loss statement, driving aggressive growth and ensuring early, sustainable profitability.

Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive business leadership, including direct experience in successfully launching or scaling a major business unit or company from scratch.

Mindset: A true entrepreneurial owner with a demonstrated 'start-up to scale' mentality and the drive to achieve ambitious goals.

Knowledge: Must possess comprehensive, "360-degree" knowledge across Strategy, Finance, Operations, Sales/Marketing, and Human Resources.
