Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect with 19 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in S4 Hana Logistics SAP S4 Hana Administration and SAP S4 Hana. Additionally experience in Supply Chain Management-Serv Retail and Demand Management Consulting is required. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP S4 Hana solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S4 Hana systems to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in S4 Hana Logistics.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure the integration of SAP S4 Hana with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.Develop and enforce best practices for SAP S4 Hana administration and logistics.Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Manage and resolve any technical issues related to SAP S4 Hana in a timely manner.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of SAP S4 Hana solutions.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to build their technical skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of SAP S4 Hana projects.Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP S4 Hana technologies and incorporate them into the organization.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in S4 Hana Logistics SAP S4 Hana Administration and SAP S4 Hana.Demonstrate strong expertise in Supply Chain Management-Serv Retail and Demand Management Consulting.Have a proven track record of successfully leading SAP S4 Hana projects from inception to completion.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in integrating SAP S4 Hana with other enterprise systems.Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.Have a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations related to SAP S4 Hana.Demonstrate the ability to develop and enforce best practices for SAP S4 Hana administration.Possess the capability to monitor and optimize system performance for enhanced efficiency.Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest technologies.Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to build their technical capabilities.Show a proactive approach to managing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.Have a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
