About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Channel & Developer Sourcing Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting developers and channel partners to onboard new projects as mandate for Pyramids Properties.

Key Responsibilities Requirements:

* 78 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or developer sourcing.

* Strong networking, relationship-building, with Developers & Channel Partner.

* Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (CPs) and developers to bring new projects on board as mandated.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, ensuring alignment with projects and business objectives.

* Track and manage the sourcing pipeline effectively to ensure smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new developer projects.

* Maintain structured reports and performance updates for leadership.
