Role Description
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and expanding channel partner relationships, driving sales growth, and executing effective channel sales strategies.
The role involves close collaboration with partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction, while managing sales operations to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners
- Drive revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies
- Identify new partner opportunities and expand market reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor sales performance and optimize channel productivity
- Provide excellent customer and partner support
Qualifications
- 45 years of relevant experience in channel sales, with prior experience in the IT, networking, infrastructure, power backup, or hardware industry.
- Strong expertise in Channel Sales and building long-term partnerships
- Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and target achievement
- Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into action
- Experience managing sales teams is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
