About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive to onboard and manage channel partners and drive monthly and quarterly business targets.
This is a 100% on-site role based in Indore, focused on partner-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners
Pitch loan, insurance, and financial product processes
Act as the single point of contact for assigned partners
Drive monthly & quarterly targets through partner performance
Monitor productivity, conversions, and partner engagement
Support partners with process coordination and issue resolution
Ensure documentation, compliance, and smooth operations
Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams
Maintain MIS, reporting, and partner performance reviews
What Were Looking For
14 years of experience in Channel Sales / Business Development / Partnership Sales
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Comfortable working in a target-driven, on-site environment
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
