Job Description

Oversee all financial operations including CAPEX, controllership, Business Finance, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance

Develop and implement strategies for capital allocation and fundraising

Drive financial risk management and ensure regulatory adherence

Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making

Lead finance teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

Worked in a CAPEX heavy business in the past with industry experience like Retail, Edtech,

Proven experience as CFO/CFO-1 or senior finance leader in high-growth organizations

Strong expertise in financial planning, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA,
