We at Ebullient Securities are seeking a highly skilled CA and CPA professional with strong hands-on experience in US Taxation to support and scale our global operations.

This is a strategic finance role ideal for someone who understands cross-border taxation, regulatory frameworks, and US compliance structures within financial services/trading environments.

:

Qualified CA (India) + CPA (US) Mandatory

3+ years of hands-on experience in US Taxation

Strong exposure to Federal & State Tax Compliance

Experience with Form 1120, 1065, 5471, 5472, 1040NR (as applicable)

Understanding of Transfer Pricing & Cross-Border Structuring

Knowledge of DTAA (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements)

Experience handling US GAAP reporting & IRS compliance

Exposure to financial services/trading industry is preferred

:

Manage US federal & state tax filings

Ensure compliance with IRS regulations

Oversee cross-border tax structuring & reporting

Coordinate with legal & compliance teams for regulatory alignment

Support global expansion from a taxation & compliance perspective

Handle tax planning & risk mitigation strategies
