Role: Intern - CEOs Office (Bangalore, In-Person)

About the Role

Were looking for a sharp, energetic intern to join the CEOs Office at Vahan. This is a high-exposure role where youll work closely with the leadership team, keeping priorities on track, driving the OKR process, and supporting special projects. Its a hands-on crash course in how startups are built and scaled. The role is designed to grow into a Founder's Office position with direct project ownership.

What youll do

• Act as the primary enabler of the CEOs Office for general Program Management and Org Excellence at Vahan
• Organize and track leadership priorities, ensuring follow-through on action items.
• Support the OKR cycle end-to-end: collating inputs, driving updates, and running reviews.
• Attend and contribute to high level reviews, ensuring that takeaways can be aligned with respective stakeholders and
• Build crisp reports and updates for the CEO and leadership team.
• Contribute to special projects across strategy, operations, and growth.
• Be a problem-solver and trusted execution partner in the CEOs office.

What were looking for

• Fresh graduates (0 - 6 months) or someone looking to move to founders office roles (upto 4 years)
• Strong communication and writing skills - you can make complex discussions simple.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinking.
• Comfortable with docs, data, and presentations (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, PPT/Slides).
• High ownership mindset - proactive, reliable, and able to hustle in a fast-paced setup.
• Excited about startups and eager to learn by doing.
