Catalog Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creatively-driven Catalog Associate to work on curation, data management, and maintenance of our in-house internal design catalogs. These catalogs serve as a critical resource for showcasing high-quality, pre-styled design options to clients through curated presets and look books. This is a hybrid role combining design sensibility with operational oversight and vendor management. This will be a support role, but they should be able to work independently after some time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Catalog Curation & Management

• Help collect, organize, and maintain internal catalogs of loose furniture, lighting, furnishings, accessories, and decor across multiple styles and design languages.
• Create and update digital look books and design presets used in client presentations and high-resolution visual renders.
• Maintain consistency and aesthetic quality across all catalog entries and presets.

2. Client-Facing Design Support

• Help in developing curated design options (look books/presets) aligned with client briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Work closely with visualization teams to ensure curated selections are accurately represented in renders.
• Stay ahead of trends and continually refresh the catalog with new collections and innovative design solutions.

3. Vendor Coordination & Sourcing

• Work with vendors, suppliers, and brand partners to gather product information, samples, catalogs, and pricing.
• Assist in negotiating terms and coordinate timely procurement of digital assets, swatches, and product updates.
• Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with premium and niche design brands

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum Graduate
• 1+yrs experience in Interior Cataloging
• Experience in Operations and Stakeholder management would be an added advantage
