• Handledaily billing and ensure all cash/card transactions are accurate.
• Maintain andupdate customer and sales records regularly.
• Monitor andmanage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist customers with queries, bookings, and product recommendations.
• Drive sales through excellent service and proactive engagement.

• Must be apet lover empathy and comfort around animals is essential.
• ExcellentEnglish communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy (billing software, Excel/spreadsheets).
• Sincere, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Salary:20,000 per month
