Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedCarrier Relation Executiveto build and managedirect bilateral interconnectionswith global telecom operators. This role is critical in improvingcall quality, cost efficiency, and routing stabilityby expanding our direct carrier footprint and reducing reliance on aggregators.

If you have strong experience incarrier negotiations, bilateral agreements, and voice routing, this role offers high visibility andreal commercialimpact.

WhatYoullDo

• Build and managedirect bilateral relationshipswith global telecom carriers.
• Negotiatebilateral rates, SLAs, CPS limits, and billing terms.
• Work with NOC and Routing teams to ensurestable, high-quality traffic delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such asASR, ACD, PDD, CPS, and fraud indicators.
• Resolve carrier-relatedquality, billing, and commercial escalations.
• Support Sales and Product teams withcoverage, costing, and feasibility inputs.
