About Rewards Sphere

Rewards Sphere is a consumer rewards website in India. Every time a user scans a bill, they earn guaranteed reward points that can be redeemed for gift cards from leading brands like Amazon, Zomato, Uber, Nykaa, and many more for free.

We are on a mission to expand across college campuses, starting with universities in and around Delhi. We are looking for campus ambassadors to drive this growth.

What Were Looking For

Well-connected on campus, active in clubs, societies, and fest committees

A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills

Social-media savvy, with a strong understanding of campus culture and trends

Proactive and ready to start immediately

Creative, with strong marketing instincts and open to designing bold campaigns, from on-ground events to viral online pushes. (We will fund your ideas!)

Role and Duration

Campaign Period: 4 weeks

Time Commitment: Completely up to you, but we expect a minimum of 5 hours a week. The more you give, the more you get out of it.

Act as the face of Rewards Sphere in your college, testing new marketing ideas, and driving user growth.

Goal: Get as many signups (and first bill scan) as possible!

Compensation and Perks

We reward effort and results in two ways:

1. Unlimited Referral Payouts Every time someone signs up with your referral code and scans their first bill, you earn 50 worth of Spheres in your account (and they get 20 worth of Spheres). There is no cap! The more people you bring in, the more you earn. You can either use the points in the website or get an all-cash payout.

2. Performance Prizes At the end of the campaign, the Top 3 Ambassadors will win cash prizes:

1st place: 25,000

2nd place: 15,000

3rd place: 10,000

Why Join?

Right now, Rewards Sphere is just a 2-person team, so we do not have enough time to focus on marketing the way we want to. We are looking for people who are excited to take ownership, help us go from 0 to 1, and try their hand at different marketing ideas. We are new to the industry too, so we are still figuring out what works. If you come up with a creative idea for a campaign, we will happily fund it and support you in making it happen. This is your chance to see how good you really are at marketing.

We want people who can go hard, test things quickly, see what works and what does not, and adjust on the fly. If you are up for being a real part of our growth journey, this is the perfect time.
