Job Title: Campaign Lead/Manager/Specialist - Influencer Marketing


Location: Gurgaon


Experience: 2+ Years


About the Role


We are looking for a Campaign Lead to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires strong campaign management, client communication, and creator ecosystem expertise to ensure high-quality content delivery and measurable campaign impact.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Campaign Execution


- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of large-scale influencer campaigns involving 300+ creators.


- Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams, creators, and client stakeholders.


- Drive timely completion of campaign milestones while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and approvals.


- Ensure 100% compliance with campaign deliverables (4 deliverables per creator per month) while maintaining quality and brand alignment.


2. Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management


- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for the client team based in Gurgaon.


- Present weekly campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations through structured reports and dashboards.


- Align campaign execution with client KPIs, brand objectives, and performance benchmarks.


3. Team Leadership & Operational Management


- Lead and mentor a 9-member cross-functional campaign team including trackers, communication managers, and content coordinators.


- Establish clear workflows, accountability structures, and performance tracking systems.


- Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews to ensure alignment and resolve operational challenges.


4. Creator Ecosystem Management


- Manage the end-to-end creator lifecycle, including onboarding, briefing, communication, and relationship management.


- Ensure creators deliver high-quality, on-brand content within defined timelines.


- Handle escalations effectively while building strong relationships with high-performing creators and talent partners.


5. Performance Reporting & Strategic Insights


- Own the creation of weekly and monthly campaign reports, analytics, and review presentations.


- Work with internal data and strategy teams to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.


- Identify content trends, performance drivers, and creator strategies to improve campaign ROI.


Requirements


- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.


- Experience managing large-scale creator campaigns or influencer collaborations.


- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.


- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple campaign workflows.


- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills


- Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and campaign tracking tools.


- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.


- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
