What would you do? Perform process study breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement/transformation opportunities using RPAs, workflows, Analytics, AI and other digital solutions Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and other relevant methodologies, tools to analyze, measure, and improve business performance Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and risk assessment to identify and resolve issues and challenges Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvement actions Monitor and drive change management to improve the performance and adoption of deployed solutions Transform organization process, build controls and implement system to make operations measurable, repeatable, predictable and stable Support building culture of continuous improvement through various improvement programs Identifying and implementing best practices, tools and methodologies that support business transformation goals, Evaluate replication opportunities for solution being developed on Automation & Process improvements

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by stakeholder as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
