Business Operations Manager

Title:- Vice President - Business Manager

- Responsible for the strategic alignment between operations and other functions within Vodafone Idea and supports CTO in the Tech Operations management and strategic projects rollout across.

- The Role ensures tracking Tech Operations progress, using information integrated from varied systems and sources. It plays a key role in providing insights and analytics on Business performance.

- Responsible for upholding Governance on Circle, SNOC and CODE Business performances through analysis that identifies /drives opportunities & highlights risks /delays and suggests mitigation plan to the CTO.

- Contributes significantly with inputs to Circle strategy, Roll out plans, Cost Savings, approvals and monitoring and insights for Technology Roll outs.

- Analyses the key KPI's across Circles , SNOC and CODE trends / insights with inputs from Functional Circle CTO's and supports the impact analysis on overall Technology project roll outs and strategy.

- Represents Technology in key national cross functional projects and is responsible for strategic liaison between Technology operations and other stakeholder and functions, closely working with them to monitor the progress and decisions on key Technical activity / initiatives

- Strong Project Management ability

- Engineer Degree mandatory + preferred MBA from a reputed Management School
