What would you do? MDI Bus Ops Shared Teams professionals support the business Operation function and business advisory services as a center of excellence for MD&I Management. Offer services through MDI Budgets completion on regulatory and organization principles compliance, Internal audits, budgeting/ Forecasting and advisory to our leadership.
What are we looking for? Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance or Other Business Related (students in final stages are eligible as well) - Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - English Upper-intermediate - Attention to detail multitasking skills - PC literate (e.g., working knowledge of MS Office Programs) - 12+ months of working knowledge of business, finance or accounting, or other related jobs
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Complete standard MTD/QTD financial and operational activities and processes - Provide Business Case support for new and continue business opportunities - Perform or assist with the preparation of Business Case creation, gathering the required information for AIM, MyMDI, and program reporting as well as Accenture internal financial accounting processes - Assist on forecast management activities (input collection, processing, and report creation) - Collaborate on financial management, analysis, and support the Budget owner to maximize the use of MID costs and anticipate any potential risk. - Track and report time-reporting hours, expenses, and variances as required, including compliance with MDI expense policy. Track and report Bi week spend and hours, helping Business Cases owner to forecast properly. - Identify and communicate to AOMD leadership to opportunities to continuously improve training, methodologies, tools and skills. - Execute Journal entries / Accrual on time and in line with policies and lead the WBS Authorization list management process - Work with your supervisor on execute the Business Case/ Partner forecasting process, including ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests - Get a good understanding on all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full compliance - Requires analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. - Interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. lower exposure with MD&I Accenture management leads, yet good communication skills are required. - Requires high/ moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and very detailed instructions on new assignments - Low-complexity decisions impact own work and low impact the work of others Other responsibilities - Prepare and participate in MDI Bus Ops meetings and training sessions - Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work - Accomplish due dates based on stablished calendars, being able to achieve ownership of delegated activities. **This job description reflects management s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict responsibilities that may be assigned**
