Role Description

Were looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.

• Lead , Hire and manage a multi-tier team
• Drive team productivity, performance, and engagement aligned with business objectives.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain talent. Plan, forecast, and architect monthly targets
• Develop a team of performers
• Drive topline and bottom-line growth
• Support field sales teams with structured follow-ups and deal closures.
• Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Analyze client data, segmentation, and performance reports for informed decision-making.
• Track KPIs, team performance, and market trends. Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

• Financial Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation expertise
• Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Mentorship
• Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Interpreting Performance Metrics
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for Effective Collaboration
• Proficiency in Business Tools, including Microsoft Office and Data Analysis Software
• Strong expertise in sales, client servicing, and retention management.
• MBA graduate with strong academics
• 4-6 yrs. of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention Preference for candidates with team handling experience.
