Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva Vault for QMS VEEVA Testing Veeva Core Veeva Configuration and Veeva. This role requires expertise in the Scrum Work Model and will operate on a hybrid work schedule during the day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Veeva Vault for QMS to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee VEEVA Testing processes to guarantee the highest quality standards are met.
  • Provide expertise in Veeva Core to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Manage Veeva Configuration to tailor the system to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Veeva solutions.
  • Utilize the Scrum Work Model to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Veeva systems and processes.
  • Train and support team members on Veeva functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Veeva systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and progress.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring that Veeva systems support business objectives and regulatory requirements.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Veeva Vault for QMS.
  • Must have strong expertise in VEEVA Testing.
  • Must have proficiency in Veeva Core and Veeva Configuration.
  • Must have experience with the Scrum Work Model.
