Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government compliance statutory compliance and compliance management. This hybrid role requires excellent language skills in English Tamil and Hindi and may involve travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our company meets all regulatory requirements and achieves its goals.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of compliance programs to ensure adherence to government regulations.
  • Manage statutory compliance processes to maintain company integrity.
  • Develop and maintain compliance management systems to streamline operations.
  • Ensure all goals and approvals are met in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations to keep the company updated.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Lead investigations into compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop strategies to improve compliance processes and reduce risks.
  • Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Possess strong knowledge of government compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Have experience in compliance management and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English Tamil and Hindi.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing compliance programs.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
