Business Head -MultiStore Chain

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Head of Business for a new-age child care chain of clinics that offer holistic paediatric wellness solutions through their physical clinics and telemedicine, focusing on not just the child, but also the parents.

Responsibilities -

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for the companys growth, with a focus on scaling revenue and expanding market share.
• Sales & channel : Optimize channel mix between offline clinics & AI-assisted virtual consults, develop new channels of sales such as curated health products, launch in new geographies, optimise conversion funnels and clinic productivity
• P&L Ownership: Deliver revenue, margin and EBITDA targets for the business; own monthly forecasts, variance analysis and corrective plans for clinic profitability.
• Network Expansion and Rollout Prioritise new markets, lead site selection and create SOPs for clinic openings. Foster a culture of innovation to evolve offerings such as multi-speciality pediatric consults, curated health products etc
• Data & Analytics - Create a strong data analytics infrastructure to diagnose cost-heavy clinics, CACS, return on investments, etc
• Operational Scalability Build and institutionalise playbooks, SOPs, regional operating models and exception management to reduce operational variance.
• People and Leadership Hire, develop and retain teams & create a performance culture across regions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business performance and secure future growth opportunities.

Good to Have-

• P&L Ownership - Experience in owning both revenue & cost targets for business
• Experience in scaling outlets for company-owned retail chains
• Experience in scaling startups

Location - Bangalore, HSR

CTC - Rs.40-50LPA (Including Variable & Basis last drawn)
