Job Description
BookThatStudio.com provides photography and videography services, specializing in real estate photography. We work as an aggregator, connecting clients with a verified network of photographer partners across India. We work with top clients like ATS, BPTP, MoHAU etc.
As a Business Growth Intern, youll work directly with the founding team and get a front-row seat to how an early-stage business operates. Youll work on growth, partnerships, and operations, solving real-world challenges in business development and execution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, wearing multiple hats, and learning at a fast pace.
Growth & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients through office visits and cold outreach.
- Pitch our services to real estate developers, agencies, and brands.
- Work on lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Supply Chain Management
- Discover, evaluate & onboard new photographers and partners.
- Assign and manage partners, schedule shoots, and ensure timely execution.
Co-ordination & Execution
- Schedule shoots by aligning client requirements with partner availability.
- Monitor ongoing shoots and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Oversee data-transfer workflows for high-volume media content.
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team for seamless project management.
Special Projects :
Beyond your main responsibilities, youll have room to work on cross-functional projects that match your curiosity and strengths, offering a unique chance to learn across different parts of the business.
Duration - 3 months (with potential for a full-time offer based on performance)
Location - Delhi or Chandigarh (Hybrid Model)
Stipend - 7.5k/month + 5k for every converted sales client*
