Job Description
Maino helps DTC brands reduce CAC and increase LTV using AI-driven targeting, creative analysis, cross-platform optimization, and budget forecasting.
We work with high-spend eCommerce brands ($100k+ monthly ad spend) to improve performance across paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting
Identify DTC brands spending $100k+ per month on ads
Research decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Growth Heads).
Outbound Outreach
Run outbound campaigns via:
Cold calling
Lead Qualification
Qualify leads based on:
Ad spend
CAC challenges
Scaling stage
Meeting Booking
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives or Founders.
CRM Management
Maintain pipeline in tools like:
HubSpot
Salesforce
Market Intelligence
Identify DTC brands scaling rapidly in the U.S. market.
Key Requirements:
13 years of BDR / SDR / Inside Sales experience
Experience selling to U.S. customers
Strong cold email + LinkedIn outreach skills
Experience using:
ZoomInfo
Apollo
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to work U.S. EST / PST hours
