This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Professional. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, developing sales plans, engaging with potential clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals with clients' needs. The role also requires staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities
- Team collaboration and problem-solving skills to address client requirements effectively
- Ability to stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience or knowledge in ESG compliance or sustainability solutions is an advantage
