About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Corporate Sales to drive business growth in the Health & Wellness domain. The role focuses on building strong corporate relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding market presence through strategic B2B sales initiatives.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with corporates, HR leaders, and insurance partners while driving revenue growth and strengthening the companys presence in the corporate wellness ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and corporate sales for health and wellness products/services across assigned markets.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporates and enterprise clients.
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and CXO-level stakeholders within organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentations, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop strategic corporate partnerships and insurance tie-ups to expand business reach.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized wellness solutions for corporate clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strengthen sales strategies.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing corporate accounts.
- Participate in corporate events, campaigns, and industry networking activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales within the Indian corporate market.
- Prior experience in Health & Wellness / Healthcare industry will be highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to corporate sales targeting HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and manage the full sales lifecycle.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling corporate wellness programs or healthcare services.
- Strong network within the HR community across corporate organizations.
- Experience in managing corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and enterprise accounts.
