About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager RPO to drive growth across US IT staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements. This role is ideal for a confident, well-spoken professional with a strong understanding of the US staffing ecosystem and a proven ability to identify, develop, and close high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new RPO and IT staffing opportunities with US-based clients
  • Drive end-to-end business development lifecycle prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Understand client hiring challenges and translate them into scalable RPO solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and procurement teams
  • Conduct market research to uncover untapped business opportunities and emerging hiring trends
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful RPO implementations
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, RFP responses, and pricing models
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Represent the organisation confidently in client meetings, calls, and industry discussions


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development within RPO and/or US IT Staffing
  • Strong understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing models and staffing solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral or strong professional accent
  • Confident, articulate, and persuasive in client interactions
  • Demonstrated go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify, assess, and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Experience working with US clients and understanding US hiring practices
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within US IT staffing / RPO decision-makers
  • Experience handling enterprise or mid-market RPO engagements
  • Exposure to MSP, VMS, or large-scale hiring programs
