Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with real estate agents, landlords, and developers to secure suitable retail locations.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and procure properties for new store openings.
  • Conduct catchment analysis and market research to ensure strategic property selection and identify new opportunities.
  • Verify the legal status of potential properties and coordinate transitions to the project department.
  • Identify and select potential sites through comprehensive research and perform feasibility and due diligence studies.
  • Ensure optimal space selection for product display, oversee project handovers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for expansion plans.
  • Serve as a liaison with landlords/property owners, negotiate rental terms, manage store closures, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.


Requirements

  • Must have intermediate level of experience (5+ years) from relevant retail real estate background
  • An elaborate network base with real estate agents, landlords, owners and property managers
  • Must have tool skills: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have regional expertise in terms of location and language.
  • Location Preference (North - Delhi, South - Bangalore/ Chennai, West - Mumbai/ Gujarat)
  • Ability to work with a team, foster a learning attitude and organise priorities over timelines given are non-negotiables
