As a Microsoft partner, we have years of experience and excellent relationships. It is expanding in India to build an offshore development center and grow business in APAC market.


The primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into sales. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective strategies to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets..


Responsibilities ;-


Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential clients and target markets. Develop strategies to approach and engage with these prospects.

Sales and lead generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Develop and deliver sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the company's products or services.

Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties. Close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide valuable market feedback and insights to improve products and services.

Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.

Reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.


Product Knowledge:

Develop a strong knowledge of proMX products and servics.



Qualification :-


Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 4-6 Years experience and Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in a similar industry or market.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel as required.
