Our focus on the data center, reseller and service provider market has established us as a trusted partner for IT infrastructure products and services. With our teams in Delhi and Bangalore, we are looking to expand our dynamic sales team with a motivated Business Development Manager in Mumbai.


What You'll Do:


As Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations, focusing on nurturing and expanding our client base within the Mumbai and Hyderabad data center, service provider and reseller markets, among others across India.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our switches and routers to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

What We're Looking For:


  • Previous experience in a sales role, within the IT or telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with the service provider market in India.
  • Experience working with AI cloud providers in the region desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a passion for achieving sales goals.
