Experience Required:
  • 8 to 15 Years of Total Experience
  • Mandatory: Strong B2B Sales Experience
  • Proven experience in managing large sales teams and driving revenue growth
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage the complete sales floor operations, including Lead Generation Teams and Reorder Teams. The candidate will be fully responsible for business growth, revenue expansion, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise entire floor operations (Lead Generation + Reorder Teams)
  • Drive overall business growth and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strong B2B sales strategies
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and team performance
  • Improve conversion ratios and optimize sales processes
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
  • Set monthly/quarterly targets and ensure achievement
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team
  • Coordinate with management for strategic planning
Requirements:
