We are expanding our Sales & Business Development team and hiring for the following roles:

1 US Business Development [Upto 17L fix salary + variables]

Shift: 6 PM 3 AM IST

Work From Office | Monday Friday

  • End-to-end sales closure for North America B2B customers
  • Lead generation & prospecting
  • Discovery calls, demos, full sales cycle ownership
  • Revenue-driven role with strong incentives


2 India Business Development

10 AM 7 PM IST [Upto 11L fix salary + variables]

Work From Office | Monday Friday

  • Meeting B2B clients post-appointment (Field Sales)
  • Solution presentation & closures
  • Building long-term relationships


Role Description:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and, develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.


Your Role:

  • Responsible for driving sales through new accounts for revenue growth with prime focus on outbound and Inbound leads
  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets: Account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentations
  • Identify customers business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a long term strategic partnership
  • Determine availability needs and objectives gains of businesses of proposed solution / services, tying back to customer business growth
  • Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry research
  • Serve as the key client contact on multiple account
  • Address complicated customer queries around our product offering
