DigiStay is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our customer base and support strategic partnerships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth within the hospitality technology sector.

This is an on-site role, and the selected candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive business development initiatives, conduct product demonstrations, and support long-term partnerships with hospitality businesses.

As part of this role, the candidate will interact with customers across multiple regions. Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is preferred to support communication with customers in the South region. This language preference is related to business communication needs for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients
• Develop relationships with decision-makers in hospitality businesses
• Negotiate agreements and support the closing of new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success initiatives
• Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
• Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or hospitality technology solutions is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and closing business opportunities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
• Experience using CRM tools and sales workflow platforms is a plus
• Preferred: Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil to support communication with customers in the South region
