Business Development Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating proposals, conducting market research, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to identify growth strategies. Regular reporting on sales activities and forecasting business opportunities will also be key aspects of this role.

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
• Market research and analysis skills to identify business growth opportunities
• Proficiency in digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and content marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating proposals and delivering presentations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
