Business Development- IT Staffing

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in IT hiring and outsourcing industry. The role involves generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients for IT recruitment and staffing services, and building long-term client relationships.

• Generate new business for IT recruitment, contract staffing, and outsourcing services.
• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, and commercial discussions with clients.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and regular reporting.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Experience in IT staffing, RPO, or outsourcing sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of the IT hiring market and recruitment process.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  

• Prior experience in IT recruitment agency or staffing company.
• Existing client network in IT hiring will be an added advantage.
