Job Description

Our team, with deep roots in IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur, is building the future of Event Media Asset Management and we want you to be a part of it.


We are pivoting our growth engine to a robustDistrict Distributor Model, and we need sharp analysts to power this expansion. We are hiringBusiness Development & Growth Analyst Internsto act as the "Intelligence Unit" for our sales team. You will own the data, map the market, and pull top-tier photographers into our funnel, enabling our Key Account Managers (KAMs) to close.


What Youll Do


1. The Weekly Sprint (10 Districts/Week)

  • Sprint-Based Execution:You will be assigned a cluster of10 districts each week. Your goal is to map the entire photographer ecosystem in this cluster by the end of the sprint.
  • Identify Power Players:Who are the most influential photographers and studio owners in these 10 districts?
  • Digital Scouting:Use digital tools (Social Media scraping, Google Maps, Event Directories, JustDial) to build a verified database of the top studios in the assigned cluster.

2. Data-Driven Lead Qualification

  • Pull, Don't Push:Your goal is to populate the top of the funnel. You research and verify the lead's potential before passing it to a KAM.
  • Database Integrity:Ensure every lead has the critical data points a KAM needs to close (Annual event volume, current tech stack, influence in the local association).
  • Signal Tracking:Identify "Hot Leads" in your weekly batchstudios actively looking for storage solutions or client delivery upgrades.

3. Analytics & Week-on-Week Reviews

  • WoW Performance Review:We review progress every week. You will present the "Health of the Cluster" for your 10 districtsidentifying density, market maturity, and lead quality.
  • Targeting Strategy:Analyze geographic data to recommend which districts within your cluster deserve immediate KAM attention.
  • Reporting:Deliver weekly dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) trackingLeads Mapped vs. Qualified Leads.

Requirements


  • Analytical Mindset:You love spreadsheets, data scraping, and finding patterns in chaos. (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must).
  • Research Skills:You know how to find anyone or anything online. You can differentiate between a "dead lead" and a "whale."
  • Discipline:Ability to handle a high-volume workload (10 districts/week) with precision.
  • Commitment:10-15 hrs/week for 2 months (Remote).


Note:This role focuses on Market Research, Analytics, and Lead Qualification. Pitching, closing, and relationship management will be handled by the Key Account Managers based on the data you provide.
