Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist)

Cloudzzure Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and online client acquisition. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, drafting customized proposals, and converting leads for IT & Salesforce services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bidding on Upwork and similar platforms
  • Identify relevant projects and submit tailored proposals
  • Communicate with international clients and follow up on leads
  • Coordinate with technical teams for requirement understanding
  • Maintain records of bids and client interactions
  • Analyze client requirements and suggest suitable service offerings or solutions
  • Track proposal performance and improve bidding strategies to increase win rate
  • Support in scheduling discovery calls and preparing initial project scope or documentation


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Business Development
  • Strong proposal writing and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Upwork and online bidding
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
