Renate AI is India's first employment intelligence platform built for the mass market. We operate on WhatsApp and voice in local Indian languages, making career guidance and talent matching accessible to every job seeker and employer across the country, not just those with laptops.

We're early, we're moving fast, and we're looking for one sharp BDE to own our ground-level distribution across Mumbai, and subsequently, beyond.

The Role

We're hiring for two distinct scopes.

Scope A: Consumer Sales - You'll build and manage relationships with college placement cells, student bodies, and local community networks. Your job is to make Renate AI the first name a fresh graduate thinks of when they need career support. You'll be on campuses, in WhatsApp groups, and at the centre of how we reach India's next workforce.

Scope B: Employer Partnerships - You'll own relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leads, and recruitment consultants. Your job is to make hiring teams see Renate AI as a smarter, faster alternative to traditional placement channels. You'll be pitching, closing, and building long-term accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Candidates with genuine hunger and strong communication are welcome
• Mumbai-based with comfort travelling locally on a daily basis
• Fluent in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment
