We empower dealers and wholesalers to manage 500,000+ inbuilt SKUs, create professional quotations in minutes, and share them instantly via WhatsApp. As we scale toward becoming a comprehensive CRM and digital showroom, we are looking for a high-energy BDE to drive our market presence.

Role Overview

As a BDE, you will be the face of Makquick to dealers, showroom owners, and wholesalers. Your primary goal is to demonstrate how our technology eliminates the manual struggle of managing vast catalogs and manual pricing, ultimately converting leads into long-term subscribers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential dealers, wholesalers, and retailers in the tiles, sanitary ware, and bath fittings sectors.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling live or virtual demos of the Makquick app, showcasing features like instant sharing, 5L+ SKU access, and custom category management.
  • Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding the user onto the platform.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain 90%+ retention by providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring dealers are utilizing the app to its full potential.
  • Reporting: Track all sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups accurately in our internal systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: 13 years in B2B sales, field sales, or SaaS. Experience in the building materials industry (tiles/sanitary) is a major plus.
  • Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English . You should be able to explain technical features in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM tools. You should be able to troubleshoot basic user queries on the spot.
  • Mindset: A "Growth-focused mindset" with a passion for meeting targets and a genuine interest in how AI and technology are transforming traditional businesses.
