Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Identify apartments nearing possession, OC-ready projects, villa projects, and gated communities and generate qualified leads for complete home interior solutions.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new-home interior prospects

2. Channel Partner Management

  • Build and manage strong local partnerships with:
  • Real estate brokers
  • Builder sales teams
  • Channel partners
  • Architects and civil contractors
  • Create referral tie-ups to ensure a steady and repeat lead flow
  • Maintain strong partner relationships for long-term collaboration

3. Project & Society Tie-ups

  • Apartment associations, Builder sales offices and Villa communities
  • Support possession-time activities, walkthroughs, and sample flat visits
  • Coordinate with stakeholders during project handovers to maximize lead generation

4. On-Ground Execution

  • Conduct daily field visits in the assigned zone
  • Attend site meetings and follow up with partners
  • Execute local activations and engagement initiatives

5. Lead Qualification & Reporting

  • Pre-qualify leads based on:
  • New home possession status
  • Complete interior requirement
  • Budget readiness
  • Accurately update CRM with lead details and progress
  • Share weekly lead generation and performance reports
