We are seeking ambitious Enterprise Business Development Hunters to accelerate growth across India, Dubai, Spain, France, and Germany. Success in this role requires strategic prospecting, AI-driven insights, and rapid adaptability in dynamic international markets.
Your Mission: Drive revenue by generating leads, closing deals, and building strategic client relationships using cutting-edge technology and AI tools to enhance learnability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Powered Prospecting: Leverage AI and analytics for lead generation, market mapping, and client insights.
Business Acquisition: Convert opportunities into contracts, negotiate deals, and secure revenue streams.
Market & Technology Intelligence: Analyze competitors, industry trends, and disruptive tech applications.
Relationship Management: Build lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, tech, and product teams to craft tailored solutions.
Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, pipeline health, and continuously improve strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Tech, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
35+ years in sales/business development; international experience desired but not necesssary
Proven success in meeting/exceeding growth targets.
Skilled in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and AI-based sales/analytics tools.
Tech-savvy, quick learner, autonomous, and results-driven.
